Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 22 June 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Telizy app and website, operated by SOFTENZO LTD (UK company no. 16819406), registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU ("Telizy", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Telizy, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Telizy.

2. The service

Telizy provides a second phone line: a virtual phone number you can use to make and receive calls and send and receive SMS and messages from supported devices, subject to your plan and available credit. Telephony is provided over the internet (VoIP) and depends on your network and third-party providers.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. We may verify your identity and may require regulatory identity or address information to provision certain numbers.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Telizy, and not to allow anyone using your account to:

  • Conceal or falsify your identity, or mislead recipients as to the identity or origin of a call or message, or "spoof" numbers.
  • Use the number for anonymity / "burner" abuse, number cycling, or to receive verification / one-time codes for accounts that are not your own.
  • Send unsolicited, bulk or automated messages, or spread similar messages across numbers to evade filtering ("snowshoeing").
  • Send or solicit prohibited content, including content related to sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco/vaping, cannabis/CBD, illegal drugs, phishing, fraud, malware, or high-risk financial schemes.
  • Harass, threaten, defame or infringe others' rights, or violate any law, regulation, telecom requirement, or third-party (including carrier) policy.
  • Contact anyone without an appropriate legal basis or consent, or fail to honor opt-out (STOP) requests.
  • Resell, sublicense, or make the service available to third parties outside your own permitted use.

You are responsible for the content of your communications and for compliance by anyone using your account. We may moderate content, and suspend or terminate accounts, to enforce these rules or as required by our providers.

5. Consent and opt-out

You represent that you have a lawful basis to contact the people you message. System messages we send include opt-out instructions; replying STOP opts out and HELP requests help. You must honor opt-out requests from people you contact.

6. Emergency services

IMPORTANT: Telizy does not support calls to emergency services (for example 911, 112 or 999) and must not be relied upon for emergency communications. Always use your mobile carrier's native dialer or another method to reach emergency services. You agree to inform other users of your device of this limitation.

7. Numbers

Numbers are assigned to you for use while your account is active and funded; you do not own the number and it may be reclaimed if your account is closed, expires, runs out of credit, or is suspended for violations, or as required by regulators or carriers. Released numbers may be reassigned to others after a regulatory holding period. Number portability, where offered, is subject to separate terms and carrier feasibility.

8. Plans, credits and billing

The service uses a prepaid credit wallet and optional subscription plans. Prices, rates and credit consumption (per call minute and per message) are shown in the app and may vary by destination and may change. Purchases via the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to those stores' terms. Except where required by law or stated otherwise, credits and fees are non-refundable. Unused credits may expire as stated at purchase.

9. Acceptable network use and fair use

We may apply rate limits, geographic restrictions, spending caps and fraud controls to protect the service. We may block high-risk destinations and limit usage that indicates fraud or abuse.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if your information is inaccurate or incomplete, if required by a provider or regulator, or to protect the service or others. You may close your account at any time. Some provisions survive termination (for example billing, liability and governing law).

11. Third-party services

Telizy relies on third-party providers for telephony, cloud infrastructure, and payments. Their availability and terms affect the service; we are not responsible for their acts or outages beyond our reasonable control.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, message or call delivery, or suitability for any particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law. VoIP quality depends on your connection.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim or £50. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service, your communications, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version is posted on this page. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
