Messaging & Consent

Telizy is a verified, accountable second phone line operated by SOFTENZO LTD (UK company no. 16819406). Registered users get a real virtual number to call and text their own contacts. This page documents how we obtain consent and handle opt-outs. It is a public reference for our users and for carrier review — the in-app consent screen below is shown to every user before an account is created.

How we capture consent

At signup, every user must actively check a dedicated SMS-consent box before an account is created — it is unchecked by default and separate from accepting our Terms. No account exists without it, we record the time consent was given against each account, and no messages are sent to anyone who has not agreed. The exact wording shown in the app is:

By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or older and agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Telizy cannot call emergency services (911 / 112 / 999).

Opt-out & help

We honor standard keywords on every number. These are processed automatically and synced to our records so an opted-out recipient is never messaged again.

Telizy is

A legitimate, verified and accountable second line for personal and business use. Users communicate as themselves, with persistent 1:1 numbers.

Telizy is not

An anonymous or “burner” service, a number-cycling service, or a tool for receiving third-party verification codes. We do not market anonymity.

No emergency services.Telizy cannot be used to contact emergency services (911 / 112 / 999). Always use your mobile carrier's native dialer.
